Skyr yogurt is an Icelandic-style yogurt that is thicker because it contains higher protein content than Greek style yogurt.
Our L&F protein-packed yogurt is higher in protein than our Greek style yogurt range.
Traditionally, skyr is made with low fat milk fermented with bacteria, such as Streptococcus thermophilus and Lactobacillus bulgaricus.
The skyr is then strained to remove the whey which allows to have a high quantity of protein and bring this incredible texture.
